| 24.04.1943 - 26.05.1943 Tenth Sailing - active patrol
U-103 left Lorient under the command of Gustav-Adolf Janssen on 24th Apr 1943 and after four and a half weeks arrived at return on 26th May 1943. At 0015 HRS on 27th Apr 1943 in square BF 45, U-103 came under attack from an aircraft of RAF 172 Squadron. At 1448 HRS on 22nd May 1943 in square BF 47, U-103 came under attack from an aircraft of RAF 10 OTU Squadron. The boat defended itself with flak without destroying the aircraft.
