09.03.1941 - 29.03.1941
First Sailing - active patrol
U-110 left Kiel under the command of Fritz-Julius Lemp on 9th Mar 1941 and arrived at return on 29th Mar 1941 after nearly three weeks.
Fritz-Julius Lemp hit two ships on this patrol, one was from convoy HX-112.
  • On 16th Mar 1941 he damaged the British 6,207 ton Erodona, sailing with convoy HX-112.
  • On 23rd Mar 1941 he damaged the Norwegian 2,468 ton Siremalm.

Second Sailing
On the 15th Apr 1941, U-110 left Lorient under the command of Fritz-Julius Lemp and after three and a half weeks arrived at return on 9th May 1941.
Fritz-Julius Lemp hit three ships on this patrol, two of these ships were in convoy, both of them were from convoy OB-318.
  • On 26th Apr 1941 he sank the British 2,564 ton Henri Mory.
  • On 9th May 1941 he sank the British 2,609 ton Bengore Head, a member of convoy OB-318.
  • On 9th May 1941 he sank the British 4,976 ton Esmond, part of convoy OB-318.
