01.04.1945 - 16.04.1945 Second Sailing - active patrol On the 1st Apr 1945, U-1274 left Horten under the command of Hans-Hermann Fitting. U-1274 was lost on 16th Apr 1945. Hans-Hermann Fitting hit one ship on this patrol from convoy FS-1784. On 16th Apr 1945 he sank the British 8,966 ton Athelduke, sailing with convoy FS-1784.
