17.03.1945 - 25.03.1945 First Sailing U-1305 left Kiel under the command of Helmuth Christiansen on 17th Mar 1945 and arrived at Horten on 25th Mar 1945 after just over one week.
29.03.1945 - 02.04.1945 Second Sailing On the 29th Mar 1945, U-1305 left Horten under the command of Helmuth Christiansen and after four days arrived at Stavanger on 2nd Apr 1945.
04.04.1945 - 10.05.1945 Third Sailing - active patrol U-1305 departed under Helmuth Christiansen from Stavanger on 4th Apr 1945 and arrived at Loch Eriboll, UK on 10th May 1945 after just over five weeks. Helmuth Christiansen hit one ship on this patrol. On 24th Apr 1945 he sank the British 878 ton Monmouth Coast.
