On 13th May 1943 in square BD 94, U-377 came under attack from an unidentified aircraft.

U-377 departed under Gerhard Kluth from Brest on 26th Aug 1943 and arrived back at Brest on 30th Aug 1943 after four days on patrol.

U-377 left Brest under the command of Gerhard Kluth on 6th Sep 1943 and returned nearly five weeks later to Brest on 10th Oct 1943.
15.12.1943 - 17.01.1944
Seventeenth Sailing - active patrol
On the 15th Dec 1943, U-377 left Brest under the command of Gerhard Kluth. On the 17th Jan 1944, U-377 was sunk.
