U-620 departed under Heinz Stein from La Pallice on 19th Dec 1942. The boat was sunk on 13th Feb 1943. On 13th Feb 1943 in square CG 51, U-620 came under attack from an aircraft of RAF 202 Squadron. U-620 was destroyed in the attack.
Heinz Stein hit one ship on this patrol from convoy TM-1.-
