05.09.1942 - 15.10.1942 First Sailing U-661 left Kiel under the command of Erich Lilienfeld on 5th Sep 1942 and arrived at return on 15th Oct 1942 after more than five weeks. Erich Lilienfeld hit one ship on this patrol from convoy SC-104. On 14th Oct 1942 he sank the Yugoslavian 3,672 ton Nikolina Matkovic, sailing with convoy SC-104.
