12.06.1944 - 17.06.1944 First Sailing U-804 left Kiel under the command of Herbert Meyer on 12th Jun 1944 and arrived at Bergen on 17th Jun 1944 after five days.
19.06.1944 - 12.10.1944 Second Sailing - active patrol On the 19th Jun 1944, U-804 left Bergen under the command of Herbert Meyer and after sixteen and a half weeks arrived at Flensburg on 12th Oct 1944. Herbert Meyer hit one ship on this patrol. On 2nd Aug 1944 he sank the American 1,300 ton USS Fiske.
17.10.1944 - 17.10.1944 Third Sailing U-804 departed under Herbert Meyer from Flensburg on 17th Oct 1944 and arrived at Kiel on the same day.
04.04.1945 - 09.04.1945 Fourth Sailing - active patrol U-804 left Kiel under the command of Herbert Meyer on 4th Apr 1945. U-804 was lost on 9th Apr 1945.
