Second Sailing - active patrol
On the 29th Apr 1941, U-141 left Bergen under the command of Philipp Schüler and after more than one week arrived at Lorient on 11th May 1941.
31.05.1941 - 26.06.1941
Third Sailing - active patrol
U-141 departed under Philipp Schüler from Lorient on 31st May 1941 and arrived back at Lorient on 26th Jun 1941 after more than three weeks on patrol.
Philipp Schüler hit one ship on this patrol from convoy SL-76.
  • On 22nd Jun 1941 he sank the Swedish 1,277 ton Calabria, sailing with convoy SL-76.

  • On 5th Sep 1941 he sank the Icelandic 190 ton Anders.
  • On 6th Sep 1941 he sank the British 228 ton King Erik.
