01.12.1941 - 12.12.1941 First Sailing U-134 left Kiel under the command of Rudolf Schendel on 1st Dec 1941 and arrived at Kirkenes on 12th Dec 1941 after one and a half weeks. Rudolf Schendel hit one ship on this patrol. On 9th Dec 1941 he sank the German 2,185 ton Steinbek.
24.12.1941 - 20.01.1942 Second Sailing - active patrol On the 24th Dec 1941, U-134 left Kirkenes under the command of Rudolf Schendel and returned to Kirkenes on 20th Jan 1942 after nearly four weeks on patrol. Rudolf Schendel hit one ship on this patrol from convoy PQ-7A. On 2nd Jan 1942 he sank the British 5,135 ton Waziristan, sailing with convoy PQ-7A.
01.02.1942 - 22.02.1942 Third Sailing - active patrol U-134 departed under Rudolf Schendel from Kirkenes on 1st Feb 1942 and arrived back at Kirkenes on 22nd Feb 1942 after three weeks on patrol.
01.03.1942 - 15.03.1942 Fourth Sailing U-134 left Kirkenes under the command of Rudolf Schendel on 1st Mar 1942 and after two weeks arrived at Kiel on 15th Mar 1942.

06.03.1943 - 02.05.1943 Eighth Sailing - active patrol On the 6th Mar 1943, U-134 left La Pallice under the command of Hans-Günther Brosin and returned just over eight weeks later to La Pallice on 2nd May 1943.
10.06.1943 - 24.08.1943 Ninth Sailing - active patrol U-134 departed under Hans-Günther Brosin from La Pallice on 10th Jun 1943. U-134 was lost on 24th Aug 1943.
